Impact Finance Belgium

It mobilises more and more effective impact finance where it matters most. The public target is clear: grow the share of Belgian assets invested with positive impact to 30% by 2030.
IFB convenes the Belgian financial sector, builds the evidence base, and pioneers the instruments that move capital to where it does the most good.
What we believe
Financiers should take up their responsibility alongside businesses, social purpose organisations, citizens and governments.
Addressing the societal challenges of our times requires a wide range of investors, capital providers and funders: from engaged grant-makers to impact investors, and from private players to public actors.
Impact finance must go beyond intentions. Generating and demonstrating positive, measurable social and environmental impact is crucial.
